Diulangi saya mahu HIDUP SIHAT..biar lambat penurunan asalkan selamat :)
As u know im taking back myJM5 bukan utk kuruskan badan..
Actually its a request from my hubby to consume JM5 again after he seeing
my hormon totally stable when i take Jm5 per day..I know he want the best for me!
Lov ya hubby..ohh u know who u are :)

So i hope this time i would lose some weight..
Im hoping to live better and having Healthy life ahead..
At this time i think i wanna combined an Atkin's diet with jm5

Tips for Weight in and measure Our body :)

Morning alli just wanted to sharing some tips and trip how ang when is th eperfect time for weight in...Weigh Yourself

To help track your progress, you should record your weight periodically. We suggest once a week because your weight fluctuates daily due to uncontrollable factors like water. Try to always weigh yourself at the same time of day - we suggest early in the morning before breakfast.

And in the mean time do not forget to take your body measurement.Because sometimes we didnt lose any weight but we lose some inches ..
Take Your Measurements

Taking your measurements can be an even better gauge of your progress because when you burn fat and build heavier muscle, your weight may not change or even increase even though your body is tighter and smaller. We suggest taking your measurements every 2-4 weeks.
