2014 a very new year

Assalamualaikum
Hello dieters..
Long time not writing here

As my diet journey becomes up and down in 2013
I still didnt get a chance to complete my 2013 wishlist
And last dec 2013 still i have big num on BMI
But i still can be proud of myself
me & family raya puasa 2013-0ver 90kgs
I lost 15kg over 3months..hehe..tq Allah

Me n son during raya Haji -about 80kg+ only hehi

However still lots to working on my weight loss

But Allah got some big plan n news for me
As my hubby birthday gift kot, HE granted our old 5years wished!!
TQ Alhamdulillah ya Allah.Teruja n syukurr!!
So im resting for any diet pogram for a while
And will be back soon end of this year..wehuhu

Meanwhile..i should be sharing with u some tips bout foods soon
Some other times ...okay

tips for eating less and healthy

 Assalamualaikum
Hi there its been long time not writing in this hall

Here I nak share some observation by myself that maybe we could use on our dietary program..who know I will work for as it work on me ^_^

Have u notice how korean/japanese people eat..well tru my observation..hahaha poyo x.. selalu tengok drama n tv show from their country make me think..wow they always eating good portion of foods..or is it only because they are on film..well it inspiring for me though. .


1.always drink plain water before taking any meals..as for me I suggest the hotter the better it helps increase our inner body heat I think which can help digestion

2.lets go through at their eating portion..mostly when they eat rice with any dishes they will wrap those dish in leaf kan..perasan x..let see they have a piece of veggie layered with protien like meat and some flavoured cream and lastly they put rice into then wrap and dip in sauce..eat the whole wrap..it will make u feel full after a few mouth..

3.other dishes they have like ramen and soup which I think brilliant choices.because soup dishes contain 70% of liquid and the rest was protien n serat..soup dishes also healthy for us..without any oil or fried ingredient..eat healthy people :)

So I think thats what will help us a lot in order to stay slim and fit.dont forget add some exercises too.goodluck to me and all of you..

P/s: I'd never been in korea or japan or had korean/jpnese cuisine. This is just my 2cent..and I believe they are lot of tasty dish from their country other than I have mention above.so I practically point some tips that I think can help us use to form our healthy food n dietary requirement.thats all..no offence okay ^_^ peace uols

3rd week of MBBI

Salam dieters..

Semua dah breakfast pagi2 ni
Maiza awal2 lagi dah bangun sedia bekal utk suami
Bawa ke tempat memancing
Fishing sport one of activity utk kuar kan peluh
Ditambah pula muka terbakar...pffttt..

Ok cukup.minggu ke 3 diet maiza hancuss
Naik hampir 1kg
penat penat penat
tapi hormon happy terlebih sebab hari2 masak
utk hubby tercinta...hubyy tgh cuti neyh
Macam2 beliau request...
Dari stop makan malam..skrg dh makan smula..haihh
Help help..macamana niii....semangat tolong laaaa dtg

2nd week MBBI

Salam Uols
Macamna diet korang?? OK x
Nampak dalam cabaran berat badan ideal pun semua peserta
Loss banyak KG...sangat +ve..samapai saya pon turut positiff :)

Esok mr.Hubby balik..bermula la lagi satu cabaran
Nak menepis nafsu Happy n gembira time dia ada
SUsah susah..harap2 balik kali ni si dia support la si isteri ni utk diet :)

Semalam baru amek 2 psg baju kurung
ditempah saja2 je sbb kain dah lama beli
Xsempat nk anta tailor
Alhamdulillah tempah bulan Jan bulan Feb amik
Puas hati semua baju muatt
Horror la kalau x muat kaannn....harus usaha lebih gegeh! oH my

Okla cukup shj kali ini
Nak tido dulu..5 a.m nak amik si dia..
Pastu nak naik penimbang utk direkodkan MBBI
GUdluck to kawan2 and me too :)

Minggu Petama Cabaran MBBI

salam readers

Alhamdulilah seminggu pertama cabaran diet " Mencapai Berat Badan Ideal"
yang dikelola oleh Mummybatrisya telah berlalu dengan pelbagai dugaan..
Dengan x sempat nak upload gambar permulaan..Sorry to penganjur.... :)
So hari ni nak upload beserta updated weight for yesterday 89.5kg..
Alhamdulillah walaupun makan nasi tetap turun..sebab myza demam..
sakit tekak dan x lalu nak makan...ada hikmah.Tq Allah atas dugaan MU ini..


pedulikan kegemukan lemak2 di badan ai..hew hew..

So ada lg 9 minggu to go..
Reminding myself to update berat every wednesday
for every weeks..so..lets go go go!

Sekarang angka 9 naik mecanak canak
Mana pegi diet aku
Geram la..cmna nak kontrol nafsu kalau travel ye???
Sesiapa ada tips tolong perturunkan ilmu anda...

Asyik angka 9 je sipi2 aje angka 8
Bila nak kurusss puan maiza!!!!
Adoi Ya ALLAH kuatkan lah semangat
Jauhla diriku dr anasir2 luar yang menggangu gugat

Jangan JAnGAn jAngAN !!

Harini nak share tips sikit..Kenapa tidak boleh dibuat 7 perkara di bawah

1.Jangan Merokok Selepas Makan
- tabiat merokok 1 btg selepas makan sama seperti merokok 10 btg pada waktu lain.Juga hi risk utk penyakit kanser

2. Jangan Makan Buah Selepas Makan
- Buah perlu di makan 1 atau 2 jam sebelum hidangan utama utk mengelakkan masalah kembung perut

3. Jangan Minum TEH selepas makan 
- daun teh dipercayai berunsur Asid menyebabkan kandungan protien dalam menu anda mengeras dan sukar utk dihadam

4. Jangan Longgarkan Tali Pinggang Sesudah Makan
-  perbuatan tersebut boleh mengundang masalah usus

5. Jangan Mandi Selepas Makan
- Mandi selepas makan meningkatkan pengaliran darah ke tangan,kaki dan tubuh anda berbanding di bahagian perut seterusnya melambatkan proses penghadaman di perut

6. Jangan Berjalan Selepas Makan
-Sejurus selepas makan elakkan berjalan kerana sistem penghadaman anda akan terganggu utk melakukan tugas menyerap nutrient..tunggu sekurang kurangnya setengah jam.

7.Jangan tidur Selepas Makan
-Tidur selepas makan membuatkan makanan sukar dicerna dan mengundang masalah gastrik atau pedih ulu hati

2012 Pembakar semangat

salam  readers

Apa makanan terakhir masuk perut anda hari ni??
Myza busy sgt hari ni mengemas umah..naik lenguh kaki
maklumla menampung berat lebih..sian kaki ku..sabar ye kaki
Perlahan sangat berat tuan empunya body nak turun..huhu
Balik kg kat pahang makan x hengat...berat naik 2kg..kepada 91.1 kf\g

Sadness sangat tapi xmau putus asa...dah azam kan tahun ni kena kurus dr biasa
X banyak sikit..Moga Allah membantu perjalanan ini :)
So lepas kumpulkan semangat dan perpaduan (cewah).. leh la elak nasi balik
Tapi sebab mendadak (ingtkan dh biasa leh je trus stop)
dapat kepeningan yg melampau plak..xpela dugaan
So pagi smlm timbang dah dapt 90.7 kg..lega..cepat la turun..lepas ni
Sibuk or enjoice macamana pun nk ingatkan diri dan rakan2 lain
Makan lah secara waspada..kalau x sia2 jela kita diet 2-3bln
xberbaloi naik 2kg dlm masa 2mggu aja..huhuhu sedihhh

Selalu ayat yg maiza pegang ialah..Nabi Muhamad s.a.w ada berkata
perut manusia hanya sebesar genggaman sebelah tangan kita shj..oleh itu penuh kan dengan
1/3 air
1/3 ruang udara
1/3 lg makanan...so sgt2 la sikit kan portion utk food
Berhentilah sebelum kenyang
Maka nya xde la nak pulun air memanjang kan..
Sbb lagi 2/3 air utk udara n makanan berkhasiat..

Berat naik!!

Seminggu balik kampung MIL asyik ajak dinner aja
Nak jaga ati punye pasal makan jugak la
mula malam pertama ok lg kue teow tomyam
pastu malam ke 2 melarat dah ke kueteow kungfu
pastu nasi sbb ada kenduri
dah lama x makan nasi nikmatnya nasiiiiii!! ggrrr
Off diet kali ni dari 89.3 naik 90 kg! hamek ko
